A Day In The life Of An Entrepreneur

I often get asked what it's like being an entrepreneur and not having a "boss."  People seem to think that running a business means taking days off whenever you want and showing up to work later then everyone else.  Maybe it's like that for some people that certainly has never been my experience.  For me it's usually meant more stress, fewer days off, longer hours and it's not even always glory fame and riches waiting at the end of the road.  That being said, I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world.  Here is a fun look at a day in the life that a student at Belmont interviewed me for.

Corporate Fitness Challenges

I've been doing a lot of reading lately on corporate fitness plans.  Personally I've been really trying to get myself into a consistent workout routine and I think it will be huge for my whole company.  Not only can a fitness plan serve as a moral booster and team builder, but I think it can strengthen leaders and also deepen relationships.  Being vulnerable in a workout group and sharing weaknesses while encouraging each other builds trust and healthy working relationships.  Stay tuned to see what we come up with at Arciplex, but in the meantime here's some programs that I've been considering.
